New library software arrives at Dixons City Academy

Our library has had a brand new screen installed this week, which will enable students to read a synopsis of the latest books, see the front covers and learn which genres the books belong to.

The books in question can then be found by the students on the latest arrivals bookshelves. In the future, the screen will also show book reviews written by students and other literacy-based items, and will aim to further develop student engagement with literacy and reading.
