Guitar Group Performs at St. George's Hall

Every year, hundreds of students from across Bradford come together at St. George's Hall to perform in a massive music extravaganza over two evenings in an event called The Bradford Schools Prom. Schools compete and send in recordings of groups that would like to perform, and this year, Dixons City’s brilliant Guitar Group has been selected. The Guitar Group had the audience on their feet cheering in the DCA Christmas Concert after their performance of Hotel California by The Eagles and Trooper by Iron Maiden. Particularly impressive was their confidence and professionalism in performing their programme entirely from memory. The group rehearse for 30 minutes from 8.15 on a Tuesday morning before lessons, and are led by the guitar tutor Mr. D Brons.
