Raouf Mohammed
Principal
Raouf worked across several schools in Kirklees and Calderdale before joining Dixons Academies Trust in August 2014. As head of science at Dixons Trinity Academy, he led on their first set of GCSE results in 2016. Subsequently, he joined the SLT and helped the academy place 3rd nationally in 2018 for student progress.
In 2019, Raouf was appointed as vice principal and then senior vice principal in 2022. During this period, he was instrumental in ensuring that the academy was consistently one of the highest performing schools in the country. His ability in implementing improvements to support school culture have seen him seconded to support other schools in Bradford over the past three years.
Raouf is committed to empowering every student to make a difference in the community and change the world for the better. He believes that every student has the right to an exceptional education and should have the opportunity to achieve academic outcomes that unlock the doors to success, regardless of their background or starting points.
In 2023, Raouf was appointed principal of Dixons City Academy.
